Had my enjoyable days at Kota Kinabalu.
I did not climb the mountain even thought I wanted to. But before I get into the story,I must recommend you people to have a trip to Kota Kinabalu!!!!! It's really nice!!!! For those who went,don't you just wanna go for the second time? x)
Day 1.
Reach KK at 12 noon. Dad's friend,Uncle Chin brought us to 818 restaurant for lunch. I can't believe that I couldn't finish a bowl of mee. The size of the food there are BIG size. So it's best that you share it with someone. Uncle Chin has to go for work so we quickly finish up our food(not really) then off to 1Borneo. It's the largest hypermarket there. Spend one whole day there. We played pool there too! Mom was so happy after she got her first score. xD After that,she became like a pro player!! xD Dad went to get the shutter bus tickets. He got the 7pm tickets. And that tiem was just 5pm!!! Have to wait for another 2 hours. Went for a walk. Took crazy pictures. And of course we went to buy cake because that day was bro's 13th birthday. At last the bus came and brought us to Warisan Square. Walk to Centrepoint to do some shopping. Later,we walked to Promenade Hotel. It's so scary!!! There's two guys were following dad!!!!! And out of sudden,one of them were nodding his head!! Like giving a hint or something. I quickly called dad. And he turns his head. He knows what I was trying to say. He walked the other road. Thank goodness those people weren't following us!!! Walked really quickly to reach the hotel. Jump onto the comfy bed. Khai told me to beware of pick pockets. We learned our lessons already. xD
Day 2.
Uncle Chin took lift just to bring us go Kundasang. On the way,I've seen lots of beautiful scenery of the mountain!! I couldn't resist myself and I non-stop taking photos. It's just too beautiful which I couldn't even describe about it. Went to Kinabalu park which is the entrance to Mount Kinabalu. Went to the so called balcony to get some clearer shots. Besides that,I went to the history gallery too! At first I thought it was boring but it's not that bad. Get to see all those preserved animals. Weii Yie. It does looks scary if you look at them at night. xD Other than that,it's nice. Really. We played with the drums there. Sis had her day playing with it. xD Lunch time! Talking about lunch,I've been wasting food again. But this time,just a bit. A bit of french fries. Sorry guys but I just dislike french fries. Say it whatever you want. After lunch,we had the courage to walk over the hanging bridge. It's not that scary after listening to what dad told us about the bridge when he went for canopy walk. xD We headed to Poring hot spring. We had our dip while dad and uncle Chin had their suffering time at the canopy walkway. xD Dad told us that they have to walk over 3 hanging bridges and all three of them are very high up from the river and also very shaky too. Had little bit of ice-cream. And off to buy souveniers! I bought myself a shirt too! xD haha. After 2 hours plus of sitting in the car,finally it's dinner time! We ate seafood!! It's DAMN NICE!!!!! I started missing it already! It's so nice!!! After dinner,we ended our perfect day by having a look at the night scenery of Kota Kinabalu at Bukit Bendera.
Day 3.
I went to the island!!! This is the place where I got myself tanned. Went Manukan Island. And guess what? Sis got her ticket free!!! The person in-charge asked sis to smile. She did and that's how she got her free ticket. xD We found that the water in Mamutik island was very clear. It's actually clearer than Manukan island. And the best thing is Mamutik island has less people. Never mind lah. I still enjoyed myself in Manukan island anyway. We were so excited and we took out the bread. Dad asked us to throw the whole piece of bread. So we did. And OMG!!!! It's so cool!! Whole bunch of fishes came to eat the bread. I dont know how to describe it. But I'll show you the pictures. xD I got myself 6 "souvenirs". Small cuts. 1 on my hand,another 2 on my leg,and another 3 on my foot. xD We went back at 4pm. Walk all the way to the handcraft place. Bought some souvenirs. And continue our walk. The scene near waterfront is incredibly BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Photos will be uploaded soon. Finally,we walked back to hotel. At night,we went to Jalan Pantai to have our dinner. I don't wanna talk about this. Because it's quite scary for me. For those who knows what happen,yes it's about that case. OMG!! It's damn scary lah!!! Weii Yie laughed till so loud in class. xD Headed back to hotel and snore like a pig. xD
Day 4.
Woke up at 7am. Uncle Chin took us to have our breakfast. We had dim sum. Have you seem yellow wasabi before? Too bad I didn't take the picture. But it's true. They don't call it wasabi but it taste like wasabi. Dad and I agreed that the taste is worse than wasabi. They dont have any sweet sauce there. So dont ask for sweet sauce because they have no idea what is it. Off to the airport. Had lunch and waited. When we finally reach the terminal,dad only tells me that we're going to KL Central by bus. While finding some places to sit,some humans closing the nose and mouth. You can guessed what were they thinking. They think that we got H1N1. I don't know what to say to all these people. It's okay if you cover your nose and mouth,no big deal. But what's with the weird eyes starring?!?!?! They go overseas themselves and they are looking at us in that sort of ways. Damn geram man. Reached KL Central but none of the taxi wanted to fetch us back to PJ. Took the train to Taman Bahagia. And took the taxi back home. Finally HOME SWEET HOME!!!! The first thing I did is throw all the stuff that I have on my hands and jump onto the sofa. WHEEEEEE!!!!! xD
